| Mark your calendars! 8th Annual Brewfest July 28, 2012 Despite a very nasty storm, spirits were not dampened and Brewfest 2011 was another great success. We want to thank all festival goers, participating breweries and local merchants for their continuing support. We look forward to 2012 and a day of NO RAIN, just good beer, good food, good music, good fun and plenty of good sunshine!! Pictures are up. Enjoy Hope to see you all again in 2012! Torpy Park in downtown Minnocqua on the shores of beautiful Lake Minocqua. 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets will become available on-line, at the Chamber, by mail and at all participating Trigs stores after April 31, 2012. $25 pre-buy ; $30 at the gate Designated drivers - $5 ; Children remain free. Please present ID when arriving at the gate. You will be given a wrist band, commemorative pilsner tasting glass, a program, and ballot for People's Choice Award. Sampling of craft and specialty brews will be in the historic pavilion & adjacent tents. Vote for the People's Choice Award. Merchandise and cash raffles all afternoon. Brats, hot dogs and hamburgers available on the grounds. Brewfest T-shirts, hats & beer caddies for sale. Back by popular demand live music with DUBLIN O'SHEA Keith Kucharski as lead vocal & guitar, Lisa Jones on fiddle & vocals, Aaron Craft with all things percussion & vocals, and John Tillison on mandolin, Bouzouki, guitar & vocals.
Unfortunately, because of liability, dogs are not allowed. Seating under the old white pines is limited. Feel free to bring lawn chairs. Smoking is not allowed in the pavilion or tents.
